Cassou
Cassou automates repetitive actions on your closet. To install:

Install the Cassou extension on the Chrome Web Store by clicking here

Open your closet, Cassou will welcome you right away

Sometimes Cassou can hide… in this case, try going back to your closet homepage and reload the page.
Cassou should be in the menu at the top right, which opens when you click on your profile picture.
Cassou works in an invisible and natural way in your browser. Sometimes reposting, for example, will not happen immediately or completely.
Make sure to leave your closet open in the background regularly to let Cassou work.
You can check that it’s working in the “Dashboard” or “My Items” pages of Cassou, for example by sorting by number of reposts or views.
If you don’t have any reposts, try the following actions:
- Check that you don’t have any “failed” items, go to “Statistics” and look under “Items not reposted due to an error”. To fix them, open the item, edit it and save it.
- In the free version, only items with fewer than 4 views are reposted, you can see this by going to “Settings” then “Save and start now” in the top right, the number of items ready to be reposted will be displayed.
- Leave Cassou open in the background, it decides when to repost to avoid doing too many at once.
To optimize Cassou’s working time, try to leave a page for Cassou open in the background regularly and during peak hours. Preferably on the weekend or weekdays after 7 PM.
No, Cassou only works on a computer with the Chrome browser, which you can download for free here: https://www.google.com/chrome/
Common Issues
When you open your dashboard or “My Items” (Pro Closet), you can find the items that have failed.
Most often, you just need to open the item, edit it (as if you wanted to change its price or title), fill in the missing values (for example, the package size) and click save.
Cassou will try again on its own in the coming days.
Check that no filter is activated (colored background) and click on “Refresh”.
Subscription
Directly from the Cassou extension, you can subscribe to a monthly or annual plan. The annual subscription offers 2 months discount.
Features are activated immediately after payment; if this is not the case, reload the page, and if it still doesn’t work, contact us.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the “Subscription” section of Cassou. By clicking on the “Edit my subscription” link.

Other
Cassou has no connection with these companies. Cassou is an independent service managed by a very small team in France.
Cassou works in your web browser and clicks like you on the page buttons to perform repetitive actions.
Although it has never happened to date, if your closet gets blocked: you can stop your Cassou subscription and either request the reopening of your closet or reimport your items to a new account using the backup tool.
We don’t need any of your personal information to function, neither account number nor password.
When subscribing to Cassou:
- our payment provider Stripe collects your payment information which we don’t have access to.
- we collect your email address to display it in the Cassou interface and send you emails in case of issues.
The guarantee of not extracting personal data is verified by Google when making the extension available on the Chrome Web Store.
